- Batch-based courses follow a structured schedule. Lessons are unlocked according to the batch schedule, and access is tied to your assigned batch.
- Self-paced courses provide access as per the terms stated at the time of enrollment.
- Vedocit Learning reserves the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time to maintain quality and relevance.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer. After transferring the course fee, you must upload a payment proof (screenshot or receipt) through our platform. Your enrollment will be activated once our team manually verifies the payment.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once your course access has been granted and activated.
- Refunds may be considered if your payment has been verified but course access has not yet been activated. Contact us as soon as possible in such cases.
5. Certificates
Upon successful completion of a course, you may be issued a certificate of completion:
- Certificates are issued upon meeting all course completion requirements, including quizzes and assignments.
- Each certificate includes a unique verification number that can be publicly verified on our platform.
- Vedocit Learning reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraud, cheating, plagiarism, or any violation of these Terms is discovered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vedocit Learning platform is protected by intellectual property laws:
- All course content, including videos, text, images, quizzes, assignments, and materials, is the intellectual property of Vedocit Learning or its instructors.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any course content in any form without explicit written permission.
- Screen recording, screen capturing, or downloading course videos is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing others to access your account.
- Sharing, distributing, or publicly posting any course content, including video lessons, quizzes, or assignment materials.
- Cheating on quizzes or assessments, including using unauthorized aids or collaboration.
- Submitting plagiarized work for assignments or using AI-generated content without disclosure where prohibited.
- Uploading malicious files, viruses, or any harmful content to the platform.
- Attempting to bypass platform security, access controls, or payment systems.
8. Termination
Vedocit Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to all courses and platform features will be revoked. Issued certificates may also be revoked if the termination is due to academic dishonesty or fraud. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
9. Disclaimer
All courses offered on Vedocit Learning are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to employment, income, business success, or professional certification. Individual results depend on many factors including your effort, dedication, prior experience, and market conditions. Course completion and certificate issuance do not constitute a professional license or guarantee of competency.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vedocit Learning and its owners, instructors, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
